“I noticed some people complained about lack of flavour. I use this and the hemp 1. You can taste the lemon slightly, it's not supposed to be strong its more about the texture and density it adds to your pasta or salad. Some added nutrients, B Vitamins from the flakes and protein. It is very like ground parmigiano in texture.I love it and so does my Italian husband. We are not vegan we just like it, we also add some parmigiano with it too. Watch if you are allergic or cant eat legumes (beans) beans. Cashews (and Peanuts) are legumes.”
